About Rick Hedrick

Rick Hedrick is a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, senior business executive, author, husband, father of four, and grandfather. Raised in rural Kentucky, Rick served twenty years in the Air Force before beginning again in civilian life and eventually advancing into senior executive leadership.

His first book, Measured in Seconds, combines his personal story with reflections on choices, leadership, family, career reinvention, time, and legacy.

Rick’s message is not that others should follow his path. It is that people should pay attention to their own before life passes them by.
